Alyssa DVM is a singer/songwriter who covers a wide range of musical influences. Her music features a blend of folk, indie and pop instrumentation. Her rock-inspired vocal delivery complements each song splendidly. Inspired by her real-life experiences and the people around her, the entire project is packed full of lyrics that are deeply personal and brutally honest.

Spanning a grand total of seventeen songs, this sophomore album release from insyt. is an expansive collection of nostalgia-inducing experimental hip-hop. Despite the large quantity of songs included on the album, intimate and consistent themes of inevitable change and personal growth are present across the entire project. 

Self-described as moody indie music, Keepe is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Jonas Bakelaar. His debut album is a collection of songs written over the last year that he decided didn’t quite fit within the discography of his other local band, Painting Pelicans. Keepe is perfect for fans of City and Colour, Dan Mangan and Tim Baker.

PAPERHATS is a two-piece band formed by the drummer of Toronto band Your Grandad and the former guitarist/backing vocalist of local noise band Karloff. Their debut EP is an emotional rollercoaster both in its lyrics and sound, resulting in a listening experience that is abrasive, turbulent and uniquely captivating.

Having released three singles over the last eight months, SOLSIC’s efforts have finally culminated in this electric six-track debut EP. Embracing a combination of hardcore and alternative emo influences, the band highlights melodic vocals and harsh screaming delivered over a thrashing and energetic instrumental performance.
