Packing’s first full length LP is an album about love, heartbreak, and healing. With tight and technical guitar playing, the project flows seamlessly between indie pop, Midwest emo and Latin rock influences. The album also includes a new version of their single “Sunset” remixed by ReSeT Ryan Tram, offering a fresh new perspective on the song.
Self-proclaimed as “rock of assorted flavours”, D1 Detour’s five-track debut EP combines an accessible indie rock sound with traditional genres such as hard rock and blues rock. With an album title like 401 To Nowhere, it seems only fitting that there would be several car-themed song titles such as “Broke From Pedals”, “Arrive Alive” and “Seatbelts Save Lives”.
Bleeding Pupil’s sophomore EP is already their second EP release of 2026. The project is brief with only three tracks and is fully instrumental yet makes a lasting impression. The opening song jumps between moments of distorted chaos which are given reprieve by gentle piano arrangements, while the remainder of the project pivots into heavy, high-speed and hypnotic synth punk.
Roundabout is the newest collaborative project between singer-songwriters Amanda Braam and Simon Dawes. Armed with only acoustic guitars and their voices, the EP was recorded live-off-the-floor and includes five songs that are teeming with intricate guitar lines and captivating songwriting, brought beautifully to life by the duo’s enchanting vocal harmonies.
Originally formed in 2016, the pop punk trio Among Legends returns with their sophomore album and some of their heaviest, high-energy punk rock to date. Melodically focused and fast-paced with mosh-worthy breakdowns and tightly harmonized backing vocals, the album is relentless, spanning twelve songs that each refuse to let up. “Antidote” is Awake & Dreaming’s second single release of 2026 and is anticipated to be on their debut album Inevitable, slated for release later this summer. The song features slow piano-driven melodies, soft rock guitars, and a powerful performance from lead vocalist Sasha Kristoff which brings a welcome balance to the song, rather than detracting from its delicacy.
