The second single release of 2026 from Uppercut is a thrashing whirlwind that toes the line between pop, punk and emo, boasting an unrelenting pace. With introspective and despondent lyrics set against the band’s undeniably high-energy and upbeat melodies, Uppercut produces the perfect soundtrack for crowd surfing or crying in a sweaty dive bar.

John Paul Valley is the new solo project of local singer-songwriter Caleb Huizenga. With several intricate and intersecting acoustic and electric guitar riffs, JPV is reminiscent of mid-2000’s slow and methodical alternative rock. Recording every instrument and vocal line himself, Huizenga’s vocals shine brightest across the track when he is impressively layering up his vocals.

AntiSocial Surf Club’s debut album Soft Punk Indie Bullshit is the culmination of multiple releases dating back to July of 2024, with the band’s seven most recent singles now paired alongside three new tracks: “London”, “I Can’t Stand to Lose” and “A Perfectly Good Brain Wasted”. The album sees the band continue to comfortably blend their familiar indie rock and pop punk sound.

Spanning a delirious eighteen minutes in length, M66W has created a beast built from industrial electronic noise that is chaotic, harsh and hypnotic.

The highly anticipated debut album from local six-piece collective Heir Loom presents a coalescence of folk and shoegaze influences, resulting in an exhilarating sound that stands alone amongst the local music landscape. The band seamlessly blends cello, violin, acoustic, electric and bass guitar in an emotional cacophony of strings and vocals that will remain with you long after the final notes are played.
